Overview
Managing package deliveries in apartment complexes, retail locations, and logistics hubs requires a comprehensive, real-time dashboard that enables full control over lockers, deliveries, and user interactions.
Traditional systems rely on manual tracking, leading to lost packages, inefficiencies, and security issues for property managers, carriers, and retailers.
We developed a smart dashboard that provides detailed metrics, locker control, order tracking, history logs, reports, and hardware configurations, all in one seamless platform.
I led the end-to-end design and strategy, ensuring the dashboard delivers clear, actionable insights while simplifying operations for property administrators, carriers, and retail managers.

Building the smart management dashboard
Real-time package tracking and status monitoring: Live updates on package location, locker occupancy, and retrievals, and instant alerts for delayed or uncollected packages.
Locker and order management: Activate/deactivate lockers remotely, modify locker availability and configurations and monitor order statuses in real time.
Complete historical tracking and security logs: Detailed order and package history for every user and locker, audit trails with timestamped actions for transparency and proof-of-delivery features with photo and signature logs.
Advanced reporting and insights: Analytics on package volume, locker occupancy and retrieval times, customer behavior trends to improve service efficiency and predictive insights for better locker distribution and utilization.
